They were very reassuring and helpful throughout the examinations. It was a human experience and by that I mean they made me feel heard and checked all that they could. Truly if I could recommend more than 5 stars I would as they handled everything professionally and assured me that my issues were important.

Great experience with everyone at this office! I was nervous about my procedure, but the staff thoroughly explained everything step by step, which made me feel comfortable. The procedure was quick and completely painless, and the doctor was wonderful. I highly recommend this office for anyone needing ENT services!

I wear hearing AIDS and found that I couldn't hear my left ear very well. Sounded like I was underwater and doing it for a while. My hearing aid doctor suggested, did I see AA nasal hair, nose and throat doctor so I called your office And found it to be very, very professional. The nurse practitioner was incredible and everyone else was right on the ball. First class all the way I am now scheduled for sinus surgery with the doctor and I haven't met the doctor yet. But if she's anyway as good as the rest of her staff, I expect no problems.I'll follow-up with a better review.After the operation is complete , thank you very much , jim Fowler

Came here with my husband and we both couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated, the service, professionalism and knowledge of everyone we interacted with. From the staff at the front desk, assistants, and Madelyn explained everything thoroughly and Ally made sure our next appointments were scheduled and assured us that they would also contact our health insurance for approval of upcoming procedures.

Had sinus issues for months so I went here bc of a friend recommendation. All I can say is what a great recommendation. I was able to quickly get an appointment for testing where I met the great staff and Lori, the Nurse Practitioner. She described in detail to me about the procedure I should get and made everything clear as to what would happen and why I should get it. I was able to get the procedure scheduled for a week after the original appointment which was huge for me. Highly recommend here. They have great, kind, knowledgeable, and friendly staff who help you through every step of your issue. As well as a lot of availability which was huge for me. Thank you Accent.
